RESOLVED:  TIM, TED and ID Photos Services Unavailable

All services are restored.

ID Photos services (Virtual ID, Photo Roster, Photo Gateway), uTexas Identity Manager (TIM), and uTexas Enterprise Directory (TED) services are currently unavailable. Applications and Systems staff are investigating.  EID-based login to services that rely on TED for authentication are not available. Logins to UT Direct and Fat Cookie services are operating normally.
