RESOLVED:  NetApp Maintenance Issues

12:00 noon update

NetApp Filer Maintenance is complete.
All services are restored. 

Post-maintenance work continues for the Blackboard database environment.  Blackboard database work will be transparent to end users. 

This is the final update for the NetApp Maintenance Issues incident.

The following services are currently stabilized:
•  www.utexas.edu
•  Webspace
•  Blackboard
•  Footprints (Partial Availability)
•  TED, TIM, ID Photos:  all services that use EID-based login
•  WHIPS
•  Wikis
•  Document Repository

Systems staff continue efforts to resolve issues related with the NetApp Storage maintenance this morning.

The following services are experiencing intermittent availability:
•  www.utexas.edu
•  Webspace
•  Blackboard
•  Footprints (Partial Availability)
•  TED, TIM, ID Photos:  all services that use EID-based login
•  Wikis
