RESOLVED: Issue with Smart Voice Web Client Log-in
Service to the SmartVoice Web portal has been restored as of 8:58 am. Access from the SmartVoice client program was not disrupted. ITS staff are working to identify the cause of the outage.
Service was restored and functioning properly.
The web client logins for smart voice aren’t functioning properly and is affecting web access into the system.
The direct client login for both voice and telephone access is up and running.
Systems are investigating.
