RESOLVED: UT Lists mailing service
Service Restored

Systems staff indicate that UT Lists Web GUI response time has returned to normal.  During the GUI slowdown, mail was delivered normally.


The UT Lists Web GUI is experiencing slow response due to high demand for GUI operations that require a lot of resources. Systems staff are working to remediate the proximal cause of the issue.


There are indications that UT Lists may be operating in a degraded state.  ITS staff are being engaged.
