RESOLVED: AEMS is slow for some people
Service Restored

Database load has been re-balanced. Performance degradation appears to have been resolved.


Database load was not balanced evenly across servers. We are working to rebalance the database activity. Responsiveness should improving over the next several minutes.


A subset of AEMS users may be experiencing slowdowns or complete unresponsiveness.  ITS Systems staff are investigating.
