The MySQL service is restored.

The following services are impacted by the MySQL outage and are starting to be recovered:

wikis.utexas.edu - RESTORED
Stache - RESTORED
DocRepo - RESTORED
Footprints -RESTORED

CAT 1 MySQL service issues may be affecting multiple services.

Systems staff is investigating.
