ITS Services Status
UTprint is now up and running. We discovered an issue with licensing and will be working with the vendor to determine the root cause of today’s outage and ways to prevent this from happening in the future.
Around 10 am this morning the UTprint team began receiving reports of students not able to authenticate. This issue has been reported to the vendor and is currently being investigated. We believe the issue has been identified but we are wanting on confirmation. We will update you when more information becomes available.
System staff from Ricoh is working with Pharos to resolve the issue.
We are getting reports that several UTprint printers are off line.
