RESOLVED: AEMS EWS Client Issues

Service Restored

The recommended changes have been made and the system appears normal as of 1:35pm. ITS staff continue to monitor the situation and work with the vendor.



A portion of AEMS EWS clients, primarily Mac OS clients like Outlook 2011 and Apple Mail are experiencing connectivity issues.

ITS is restarting the affected services and making a change Microsoft suggests that may prevent the problem.
