As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESOLVED: Service interruption: reported restricted outages in SEA, GAR, UA9
Service Restored

Issue is resolved.

The ITS Help Desk has received multiple reports that access to the networks from buildings SEA, GAR, and UA9 has been interrupted (users can see the network but are unable to connect). Timelines for this issue have ranged from the problem beginning at noon today, to the problem beginning last Friday, and all users have reported that the problem was occurring when they called.
