ITS Services Status
We have identified and resolved the issue that was preventing students from printing.
Ricoh and Pharos have been notified and they are working on this issue. We hope to have it resolve ASAP. We will update you as soon.
We have confirmed there is a problem with Pharos interacting with CBORD preventing students from printing. ITS will contact the vendor first thing in the morning to begin getting this issue resolved. We will update the list when new information becomes available.
The Help Desk has received multiple reports from Law Library Computer Learning Center, ECJ 3.300, and SJH that, when printing to UTprint, the service will report a zero BevoBucks balance, preventing the user from carrying out the print job, regardless the actual balance in BevoBucks. The earliest report of this issue was at 12:30PM today. The user in ECJ was a Lab proctor, and verified that this was happening for all users.
