RESOLVED: vDesk Issues

Service Restored

The VDESK environment has been restored to a near complete state and we are returning the service to general use.  There is still a very minimal amount of cleanup that is left to be done on the environment, but this should be done with out any interruptions to the customer.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this emergent maintenance. 

In order to attempt to resolve a VDESK issues we are going to have to take the whole service down for an emergent Maintenance Window.  This window should be no more than two hours, and we will let you know when we are finished.  Thank you for your patience and support.

The vDesk environment is currently unavailable.  Systems staff are working to resolve this issue.
