RESOLVED: Emergency Pype maintenance(extended)

The maintenance is complete.

The maintenance is being extended by 30 minutes.  It is now scheduled to end at 3:30pm.

The maintenance is beginning.

There will be emergency maintenance for the Pype service today, November 21st, from 2pm to 3pm to address a bug preventing creation of new projects.  Deployed projects will be unaffected but the deployment interface will be unavailable during this time.
