RESOLVED: Degraded Blackboard Speeds

Service Restored

Blackboard should be back to normal response times and service speeds.

The blackboard service is up, but is experiencing slow-downs due to heavy use.

Systems staff will continue to monitor the service, but it is operating normally.

The ITS Help Desk has been receiving notices of poor Blackboard speeds. Systems staff are investigating at the moment.
