WHAT IS THE MAINTENANCE:
First and foremost this is a very Low impact maintenance. The Vdesk host server will have one of it’s RAM DIMMS replaced due to inconsistency. This will be a transparent repair, and we do not expect for anyone to notice any downtime what so ever in the VDesk environment.


WHEN WILL THE MAINTENANCE OCCUR:

Starting 12/05/2012, 22:00

Ending 12/06/2012, 00:00

WHO IS IMPACTED:

All customers of the VDesk enviornment

WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF THE MAINTENANCE:

The Host server LUBLIN will working again with inside a known good configuration
