RESOLVED: VPN Connectivity Issues
Service Restored

The connectivity issue for users using the campus DNS caches should be
resolved. Users resolving against non-campus DNS caches (eg. home
broadband ISP) may have to wait for their DNS resolvers to expire the
stale entry before their access can be restored.

When connecting to the VPN, it may ask for you to verify the SSL Certificate, which is a Comodo InCommon Certificate.  Windows clients seem to be able to connect fine after accepting/verifying the certificate.    However, we are still seeing issues with Mac OS X clients.  When Mac OS X clients try to connect, it may take a longer to connect or the connections may timeout.
We are still investigating

There have been reports of VPNs timing out and unable to connect.
