As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESOLVED: ITS Virtual Servers (UT-V) patching maintenance
Service Restored

Maintenance has concluded.

Maintenance continues and is expected to conclude at 10PM.

Maintenance is extended to 10PM.  Further updates by 9:30PM.

Maintenance is beginning.

The primary vCenter server will undergo maintenance tonight starting at 8pm and concluding at 9pm.  During this maintenance, customers may be unable to access vCenter or manage VMs.  Systems staff expect the downtime to be brief but are reserving the entire hour.

The reboot is cancelled, and will be rescheduled for Thursday night.

As part of the UT-V patching, the primary vCenter server will be rebooted tonight at 8PM.  Access to vCenter via the VI client or web client will be unavailable starting at 8pm and will be restored upon completion of the reboot.  No customer VMs will be impacted by this reboot.
