RESOLVED:Green Output failures
Service Restored

Green Output to WebSpace is now functioning again. The estimate for clearing the backlog from overnight is approximately 1:00 PM today. Green Output jobs submitted now, however, should go through immediately.  The backlog from overnight has been cleared. Users will have received an additional email notification about the (mostly failed) attempts from this morning. From here on out green print should be functioning normally.


Green Output is still not working. ITS Systems staff are investigating.

Green Output to WebSpace from mainframe jobs have been failing since last night around 10:00 PM. No reports have been lost.

As soon as the problem with WebSpace is resolved, held output will be delivered.
