The packet loss in a core link in the UDC-C network has been traced to a faulty router interface module. A replacement of this part is scheduled for Thursday evening at 5 on the Jan 3rd. At this time, the packet loss appears to be affecting network monitoring traffic only. 

Please report any suspected network impact on services to Ryan Moore.
