RESOLVED: Bevo Bucks Rejecting Transactions

Service Restored

Bevo Bucks is back up.

The Help Desk started receiving reports of problems relating to Bevo Bucks around 4:33 pm. The Bevo Bucks service page at https://utdirect.utexas.edu/bevobucks/addBucks.WBX is currently unable to display plan balances and transaction histories. Consequently, this is causing internal service errors on the printers that use the Bevo Bucks service.
