As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED: BACS Badge Import Issues
Service Restored

BACS badge import process is back up. All pending badge updates from today have been processed.

No status change at this time, still troubleshooting the issue.
Next update to come at 6pm today or earlier if status changes.

The automated BACS badge import process is currently experiencing some issues. Starting at 5:00am today some new, reissued and/or suspended badges did not get processed. We are in the process of troubleshooting the issues.  Will update at Status changes.

ITS and BACS staff are still investigating the issues.
