This issue is currently resolved, by work-around.
The full text indexes of these six workspaces are still broken, but have been
disabled and searching by keyword or summary on the workspace homepage functions
BMC has a suggested solution that systems staff will put into place tonight.

WHAT: Remediation for the full-text search from the home page of affected
The service may be slow to respond while fields are synchronized and indexes
Remediation of the affected workspaces will have to wait until after business hours tonight. Most workspaces are not affected by the indexing bug, and those that are still retain necessary functionality—only searching for tickets from the home page will generate the error.
There are still some indexing errors in a few of the workspaces. ITS is engaging BMC for help with this one. Most workspaces are not affected.
Full-text indexing issues have arisen in some of the upgraded workspaces. Not all of them, and the main ITS workspace is functioning, but some ITS and customer
workspaces are displaying errors.
ITS staff is investigating.
