RESOLVED: CNS.utexas.edu Outage

Service Restored

CNS IT staff have reported that the outage has been resolved.

CNS staff is aware and investigating.

The ITS Help Desk has received multiple reports that the College of Natural Sciences website (cns.utexas.edu) is currently inaccessible. Related sites, like Brackenridge Field Laboratory (bfl.utexas.edu), are likewise inaccessible; however, some sites on the CNS subdomain are still accessible (Quest, for example). This issue began in at least the past 12 hours, and appears to impact all users attempting to access these websites.
