RESOLVED: Emergency Failover of the F5 load balancers

The issue has been resolved.  We are back to our normal configuration.  Some service, such as Credit Card processing and AIT-Gateway experienced an outage from 1:20 to 1:41.  ITS Systems and Networking are investigating the cause of the outage.

There will be an emergency failover of the F5 load balancers at 1:20 pm to clear an internal database configuration issue.  Load balanced services may be momentarily interrupted.
