RESOLVED: Quest Outage
Quest services have been restored and we are continuing to monitor all services and systems.
Staff are continuing to work with this problem. The site is anticipated to be back up in an hour or so.
Mark McFarland, Director for Information Technology, College of Natural Science has confirmed that they aware of the problem, investigating and working to resolve the issue. Site affected is https://quest.cns.utexas.edu/.
At 1:00 PM, the ITS Help Desk started receiving reports concerning the Quest website. The website is currently offline.
