RESOLVED: One WebSpace application server failed, restarted
At 11:24, ITS monitoring detected that one of the WebSpace application servers was not responding. This server was taken out of service in the load balancer at 11:30 to prevent customers from being affected while the problem was diagnosed and corrected. Investigation showed that the Xythos WFS application had run out of memory. Restarting Xythos WFS cleared the problem, and the server was put back in service at 11:36.
