ITS Services Status
After researching the memory exhaustion problem, the WebSpace server that was taken out of service on 2/27 has been returned to service with different memory management settings. WebSpace is once again running at full capacity. ITS Systems staff continue to monitor the situation.
The same WebSpace application server that ran out of memory earlier this week has done so again. The other two WebSpace servers are not exhibiting this behavior. The problematic server has been taken out of service until its problem can be diagnosed. WebSpace is now running on two servers instead of the usual three, but there is enough headroom that this is not expected to be a problem. ITS Systems is monitoring the situation.
