ITS Services Status
We believe the issue has been resolved. Some portion of active 3270 users were disconnected as a result of the remediation, but should be able to re-connect successfully now. Please report any continuing issues of users being unable to connect or get a Tower Screen that have occurred after 9:30 am.
TN3270 users are reporting inability to logon to the mainframe, or connect to the Tower Screen. ITS Systems staff are investigating.
