As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

RESOLVED: Intermittent Ethernet connectivity at Help Desk
Service Restored

Help Desk network connectivity has been restored.


Customer reports to Help Desk indicate that there may be a general campus networking outage.

Network connections appear to be experiencing significant packet loss to on-campus and off-campus locations.


This behavior is being seen in other parts of FAC as well.


The Help Desk is experiencing intermittent Ethernet connectivity. This may impact customer-facing operations.
