As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESOLVED:  Emergency Maintenance Planned for UTBackup - 8:30 AM on 3/14/13
Service Restored

Secondary maintenance period completed.  UTBackup Maintenance is now concluded.

Secondary maintenance period now occurring.

Secondary outage will happen at 2PM CST.  There should only be a 5-10 minute outage for data backup and restoration access.

The emergency maintenance window has been extended until EOB 5:00PM.  There should be only 5-10 minutes of further downtime this afternoon.  Notification of the secondary outage this afternoon will be communicated as soon as possible.

On March 14th, 2013 at 8:30 AM CST, the UTBackup vendor will be performing maintenance and operating system updates on the UTBackup appliances.

Customer access to UTBackup for data backup or restoration functionality will be unavailable for approximately 5-10 minutes during this time.
