Service Restored

Resolved. The UT Lists queue is clear as of 3:35 p.m. today.  Service operating normally.

UT Lists mail is being delayed at this time due to unusually high demand starting at approximately 2:40 this afternoon 3/21. Mail is being queued and will be delivered once the high load has subsided.
