As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/19/2016.

RESOLVED: First Class Login Errors
Service Restored

The SmartVoice EID login errors have been resolved.  All services are functional.

The Smartvoice login issue appears to be related to EID logins for both the web and client.  Telephone login and non-EID login for web and client are fully functional.

Further investigation is underway.

The ITS Help Desk have received reports that logging into SmartVoice via FirstClass is not working. We have confirmed that when attempting to log in yields the error message “The user ID or password is not valid. Check that you have entered your user ID and password correctly. [1003]”. This happens when logging in from both the desktop client and through the browser. These reports starting coming in at approximately 5:30 PM and seems to be effecting all SmartVoice users.
