ITS Services Status
Shibboleth service has returned upon the remediation of the F5 issue.
ITS Staff is investigating.
ITS Help Desk has received reports and has verified that EID authentication to the Box and Canvas services is currently unavailable. Attempts to access the service via EID stall while waiting for a response from idp.its.utexas.edu. The earliest report of this issue came at 9AM, and this issue appears to affect all users. This issue may affect more services than Box and Canvas.
