RESOLVED: F5 issues - under investigation
We just experienced a network configuration issue that caused the primary and standby F5 load balancers to lose contact with each other. As a result, both units assumed the active role. This would have adversely impacted all load balanced services. The issue was identified and corrected. Service should be restored to all load balanced services.
There is currently an issue with the F5 load-balancers. Systems Staff are investigating.
