RESOLVED: uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) PROD connectivity outage
Service Restored

The outage has been resolved.

The connection between the mainframe and TIM is down. EID updates from mainframe systems are affected. ITS Applications and Systems staff are investigating.

There are indications that uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) PROD may be operating in a degraded state.  ITS staff are being engaged.
