RESOLVED: uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) PROD Connectivity Outage
Service Restored

Service has been restored.  ITS Applications staff is continuing to investigate the root cause of these outages.


The connection between the mainframe and TIM is down. EID updates from mainframe systems are affected. Connectivity between TIM and the mainframe has experienced multiple outages today. ITS Applications staff are investigating the root cause of these TIM outages.


The connection between the mainframe and TIM is still down.  Applications and System staff are working to restore service.
