The issues with the TID printing has been resolved, But the TID print que is backed up with jobs from earlier this morning. The backlog should clear up throughout the day.
As of 9:50 am on 5/24/13 many customers (from multiple offices and departments) are reporting the inability to print mainframe documents using TID printers. We’ve verified that it is a TID issue by having customers try printing non-mainframe documents on the printers. System staff is investigating.
