RESOLVED: uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) PROD connectivity outage
Service Restored

The disruption in EID updates to downstream systems has been resolved and
all pending updates have been processed.

The root cause is being investigated.

EID updates to TED, Active Directory, and CWA have been disrupted

ITS Applications staff are investigating.
