RESOLVED:SmartVoice Message-Waiting
Service Restored

The problem with message-waiting indicators has been fixed.  An audit is running which will sync up all mailboxes and phone sets.  The process may take several hours.  Meanwhile, any new message activity will set and clear indicators correctly.


A number of customers have reported voice mail message-waiting indicators not being set or cleared.  ITS staff is investigating.
