Maintenance has concluded. The SBC is rolled back to its previous software version and functionality has been restored to the affected VoIP telephone sets. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Maintenance continues: The vendor has identified the issue but is unable to resolve it this evening. We will be rolling back to the previous version of the SBC software.
The vendor continues to work the issue and has called in additional resources. We plan to work the issue through our already scheduled maintenance window this evening from 6pm to 6am.
Issue still ongoing and may be intermittently affecting other Polycom sets. We are in contact with the vendor and will repost soon
We are having trouble with the voice system related to Polycom ip335 sets. It appears that when you make a call from an IP335 set, the call will complete; however, the calling party will not be able to hear you. System staff are investigating
