As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

ITS Services Status

RESOLVED: Unable to access UTVM (UT Voicemail)
Service Restored

The vendor found and fixed a configuration error on the server.  All services are now functioning normally.

This is in reference to the new UT Voice Mail (UTVM) system that is in use on new Polycom VoIP telephones, affecting fewer than 200 users.  SmartVoice users are NOT affected.
Web logins are now available but call-answering and telephone logins are functioning intermittently.  ITS staff is investigating and have engaged vendor support.

We’ve received notices that users are unable to access their UT Voicemail mailboxes. The website is unavailable and when users call 232-8886 (2-UTVM) they receive the message “The page you have requested is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
