Outage to move the SmartVoice core server to a new VM.
Saturday, July 20, 10 pm to Sunday, July 21 2am (worst-case). This is the lowest traffic time of the week for the service.
SmartVoice customers and their callers will be affected.
SmartVoice logins will be logged out. Callers will hear a “service temporarily unavailable” message. Downtime could range from 20 minutes to 4 hours.
