This issue appears to be transient and sporadic. All customers I’ve communicated with in the last hour indicate that they have connectivity at this time. However, we will continue, working in conjunction with Microsoft Support, to investigate this issue.

Update: Investigation still in progress. Some reports indicate that the problem cleared up after a while, while others indicate that it still persists.
Update: We have received reports of individuals also having issues with Outlook Web Application. Thus far, we have been unable to reproduce these issues, but we are continuing to gather information and work with Microsoft. We have opened a Severity A case with Microsoft Support. We will keep you posted as this develops.
The ITS Help Desk has received reports that some Office365 users are unable to access their exchange data via numerous clients, including Apple Mail, Outlook 2011, and Android devices.
Reports came is around 10a.m. , but some customers say they have been experiencing the issue since 8 this morning.
