One of the TID Print servers will be taken offline this evening for maintenance to address performance issues. Outage window will be from 8 PM to midnight.  During this time TID printing will not be available for some customers.  No printing will be lost.  Delayed print jobs will be delivered later.  Affected customers include UT System, UT El Paso, UT Permian Basin, UT Tyler, and various UT Austin departments

Service restored at 9:37 AM.  TID Print Service is being monitored


RPM for Print02 was restarted at 9:33 this morning in an attempt to correct time out errors being seen with the system .Print01 appears to be delivering print jobs at the current time.
