RESOLVED: TID Printing issues
Service Restored

The TID printing service was brought back online and began delivering print jobs at approximately 10:00 AM this morning. The service was out of service from 7:34 – 9:56 AM


This morning, ITS became aware that issues with the Remote Print Manager, which handles the data feed for TID printing, are still ongoing from yesterday. This is a systemic issue, and users who are currently unable to successfully print to a TID printer are likely experiencing the effects of this outage. ITS is currently working as quickly as possible to address the issue.
