As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED:Office365 (AEMS) service degradation
Service Restored

As of 12:05pm, Microsoft has completed the load balancing.


As of 10:02am Monday 8/26, Microsoft engineers have identified and are continuing their investigation where some users served from the Americas may be experiencing Outlook disconnects. The issue seems to be caused by a load balancing problem. At this time Microsoft engineers are rebalancing load to mitigate impact. As a workaround, users can connect to Exchange Online through Outlook Web App (aka owa).
