As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

RESOLVED: XML Gateway Outage
Service Restored

The Student Photo Roster is now operational.

XML Gateway service is operational once again.

The service began experiencing problems around 12:05 pm. Preliminary indications are that this was related to problems with the mainframe Broker. After Broker service was restored the Gateway application continued to be “hung” because of pending requests that caused it to exceed maximum number of database connections. The service was restarted at about 1:25 pm and appears to be operating normally.

The Student Photo Roster is currently unavailable, due to the XML Gateway Service outage.

The XML Gateway Service is currently down. Systems staff are investigating. Updates will be posted as soon as more information is available.
