RESOLVED: Canvas slow
Service Restored

The issues we’ve seen connecting to Canvas from campus now seem to have been resolved by I2 and AWS.
Canvas appears to be responding normally now.

There is a connection issue between Internet2 and AWS which affects our access to Canvas. I2 and AWS are aware of the issue and are pursuing a fix.

Canvas is currently slow or unresponsive. ITS Systems is pursuing this with the vendor.
