ITS Services Status
As of 9pm 9/27, the Office365 email delivery delay issue has been fully resolved.
As of 4:30pm, Microsoft Office 365 has identified the root cause of the email delivery delay issue and is restoring service globally. ITS will continue to monitor the progress and track any potential issues.
As of 10:30am, Microsoft Office365 has confirmed that some customers served from the Americas are unable to receive emails from the external domain, however there are no issues when sending emails. They are continuing the investigation and recovery.
As of 9:15am, Office365 has confirmed that email delivery in the cloud is experiencing delays for some users. It is not clear that UT campus is affected, but we will monitor the situation and post status as appropriate. If our users are experiencing issues with email delivery, please inform ITS helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can track better.
