Microsoft has marked the incident regarding possible email delays with Office 365 as restored.
UPDATE: 10/01/2013 8:43pm
As of 8pm, the email delivery delay issue with Microsoft Office365 is still on going. At this time, Microsoft does not expect the extended recovery to complete until tomorrow, 10/2/2013. We will post any further updates as soon as we have received further notice from the vendor.
UPDATE: 10/01/2013 1:23pm
As of 1:20pm, Microsoft Office365 email service delivery issue is still being worked on. UT’s monitoring service indicated that our campus indeed has been impacted with slow email delivery. There is no eta on when the full service will be restored. We will post as soon as we have further updates.
As of 9:55am, Microsoft Office 365 has confirmed that email delivery is delayed for some of its users. At this time, we are not sure whether UT is impacted, but will continue to monitor the situation and report status.
