As part of the Web Central Services Retirement project, the ITS website will be retired. Information about IT services will be replaced by two new sites, IT@UT and UT ServiceNow, and ITS departmental information will be migrated to a new location. All changes will be completed by 7/28/2016.

The following list of ITS Systems Services confirmed to be affected from ~10:47am-12:15 pm

  On-premise AEMS
  UT Lists
  Sharepoint 2010, 2010 Project Server
  UTEBS (UT Enterprise Bulk Storage)
  MySQL non-CAT1
  Adobe Connect
  TID Printing (encrypted only)
  BMDS (bulk mail delivery system)
  XML Gateway
  Mainframe tn3270 access
  Ironport email delivery
  UT-V Virtual Hosting (degraded)
  Office 365 Active Directory authentication (for new connections)
  Urgent email
  SmartVoice web and client app (Message-taking and phone logins were not)

All email queued was delivered by 1:00 pm.
